Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-09-15.

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between SupaFuse LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (1007 N Orange St., 4th Floor #3471, Wilmington, DE 19801, US), which operates the Everbecome product and brand ("Everbecome", "we", "us"), and you. "Everbecome" is a trade name, not a separate legal entity.

By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the Community Guidelines.

2. You must be 18 or over

Everbecome is an adult community. Members discuss addiction, marriage, faith, money and despair, and the platform is built for people who can consent to that. You confirm you are 18 or over when you join. We do not collect a date of birth; we record the confirmation.

If we learn an account holder is under 18, we close the account and refund any unused paid time.

3. What Everbecome is — and what it is not

Everbecome is a daily practice and a community for self-mastery.

It is not therapy, counseling, or medical care. Guides are teachers, not licensed clinicians, and nothing here is a substitute for professional help. If you are in crisis, use the resources at Crisis Resources or your local emergency number.

We may show you crisis resources if something you write suggests you are in danger. This is signposting to real support, not a clinical assessment or an emergency-response service (see Coaching, not therapy).

No guaranteed results. Everbecome provides the things described in these terms — daily practices, a pod, programs, community, and (for paid tiers) the access each tier names. We do not promise any particular outcome, transformation, result, income, number of members, level of activity, or community experience. What you get from the practice depends on you and on others, which is not something we can or do warrant.

4. Your account

Sign-in is by a code sent to your email — there is no password. Keep access to your email secure: anyone who can read your email can enter your account.

One account per person. Do not share it.

5. Membership and payment

The Path is free. Inner Work is a paid subscription that renew automatically until you cancel.

Founding rate. If you joined at a founding rate, it persists while you stay subscribed, and survives cancellation if you return within 12 months. After that, standard rates apply.

New paid subscriptions carry a 14-day full-refund window if you have completed no practice — see the Refund Policy. This is a voluntary Everbecome promise, separate from any statutory right.

Statutory cancellation rights. Consumers may have statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other rights under the laws that apply to them. Where applicable law gives you a right to withdraw from a distance contract, we will provide that right in accordance with the applicable law and any valid exceptions. If you ask us to begin supplying the membership immediately, we may ask for the consent or acknowledgement required by applicable law before doing so. Our voluntary refund policy provides additional refund rights and does not limit any non-waivable statutory rights.

6. Your home community

Your subscription attaches to one community — your home — and that community's Guide earns a share of it. You can change your home once every 90 days, and the change takes effect at your next renewal.

7. What you post

You keep ownership of what you write. You give us a license to display it within Everbecome so the product can work — showing your post to the community you posted it to, and your check-in to your pod.

We do not use members' words for marketing without asking. Public story pages are opt-in, and consent can be withdrawn.

You are responsible for what you post. The Community Guidelines set out what is not acceptable — including selling, recruiting, harassment, and using the community to pursue people romantically.

8. What we may do about content

We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks the Guidelines. Serious cases — harassment, threats, exploitation of vulnerable members — can mean immediate removal.

Members can report content, and reports go to a human, not an automated system — AI may help triage, people decide. Enforcement is graduated (a conversation, a warning, a posting pause, then removal); serious harm skips the ladder. Teaching and enforcement are kept separate — a Guide is never the one who punishes.

Content and account decisions. If we remove your content, restrict your account, or take another significant moderation action, you may ask us to review the decision through the review process we provide — email hello@everbecome.com, and a person who was not the original decision-maker looks again. We will review appeals fairly, and by a human where required by applicable law. Nothing in this process limits any statutory complaint, appeal, dispute-resolution, or other rights available to you. This mirrors the Community Guidelines.

9. Guides

Guides are independent teachers under contract, not employees or partners, and not agents of Everbecome. Their teaching is their own.

Everbecome is the merchant of record for everything sold on the platform. If a Guide leaves, members are not stranded: their community continues or they move to The Clearing, our house community.

10. Events

Everbecome runs three kinds of gathering, and the difference matters:

Full terms are in the Refund Policy.

11. Availability

We aim to keep Everbecome running but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or remove features. If we make a material change that meaningfully reduces what you have already paid for, you may cancel and we will give you a pro-rata refund of the unused part of your paid period.

12. Ending things

You may stop at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms or the Guidelines.

You can delete your account yourself in Settings. When you do, we delete or de-identify the personal information we no longer need to retain, anonymize your community posts and comments (the words stay, unlinked from you, so we do not gut conversations others are part of), and retain, unlinked from you, the financial records we are required to keep. This is described in full in the Privacy Policy.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

Subject to the foregoing and to applicable consumer-protection law, Everbecome's liability will be limited to the extent permitted by law.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, except to the extent that mandatory consumer-protection or other laws applicable to you require otherwise. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of protections that cannot lawfully be waived under the laws that apply to you.

15. Mandatory local rights

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any consumer rights, remedies, or protections that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under the laws applicable to you.

16. Changes to these terms

We will tell you in the app and by email before material changes take effect.

17. Copyright complaints

If you believe something posted on Everbecome infringes your copyright, tell our designated agent, registered with the U.S. Copyright Office:

Copyright Agent, SupaFuse LLC, 1007 N Orange St., 4th Floor #3471, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA — contact@supafuse.com — +1 724 381 4431. (U.S. Copyright Office Designated Agent registration DMCA-1072992.)

Include what you believe is infringed, where it appears on Everbecome, how to reach you, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. We remove or disable access to material that infringes, tell the member who posted it, and accept counter-notices as the law provides. Members who repeatedly infringe lose their accounts.

18. Trademarks

Apple, the Apple logo and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. Neither Apple nor Google sponsors, endorses or is affiliated with Everbecome. Everbecome is a product of SupaFuse LLC.
