Crisis Resources

Every line below was checked against its official source on 13 August 2026 and dialled on 19 August 2026. We check the sources every three months and dial every six — sooner if anyone tells us a line didn't answer.

If it's heavy right now, these lines exist for exactly this. Many of them can help before a situation becomes an immediate emergency. Most are free; where a line is an ordinary phone number, your normal call charges may apply, and we say so beside it. This community is coaching, not crisis care — reaching for real support is a strong move, not a weak one.

Where we have verified a line's hours, we list them. Where we haven't, we say that plainly and give the emergency number to use if someone is in immediate danger. We never list a number we haven't checked. If one of these numbers is wrong, has changed, or didn't answer, tell us at hello@everbecome.com — we re-check it straight away.

United States — emergency 911

United Kingdom — emergency 999

United Arab Emirates — emergency 999 (police) / 998 (ambulance)

Nigeria — emergency 112

Pakistan — emergency: Rescue 1122

Pakistan does not currently have a national 24-hour crisis line we can verify. Rescue 1122 operates 24 hours for emergencies.

Everywhere else

If your country isn't listed, findahelpline.com maintains a large international directory of verified helplines, and your local emergency number is always the right call when someone is in immediate danger. We add a country here only after we have checked its lines ourselves.

Everbecome is practice with other people. It isn't therapy or medical care, and nobody here is assessing your risk. If you are in danger, use the numbers above. Opening this page is between you and you: Everbecome creates no analytics event, tells nobody — not your pod, not your Guide — and adds nothing to your profile because you came here. (Like any web page, the request passes through ordinary server logs.)
