Refund Policy

Last updated 2026-09-15.

This policy is operated by SupaFuse LLC (trading as Everbecome), the merchant of record for everything sold on the platform.

Memberships

You can cancel any time, in two taps, from Settings. Canceling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for — we do not cut you off the moment you cancel.

The 14-day money-back window for unused memberships

A new paid subscription comes with a 14-day money-back window, with one condition: you have not used it. If you have completed no practice and you ask within 14 days of your first payment for that subscription, we refund it in full. (Completing a practice is doing the thing you paid for; that is the only condition, and there is no "did you use it enough" judgment beyond it.)

After that first 14 days, once you've begun practicing, and on renewals, we do not automatically refund part-used time: you paid for the period, you keep the period. Cancel any time to stop the next renewal.

We will also refund, outside that window:

Your statutory rights. The refunds described in this policy are in addition to any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer-protection law. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes a right to a refund, cancellation, withdrawal, repair, replacement, price reduction, or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Statutory cancellation rights. The 14-day money-back window above is a voluntary Everbecome promise, separate from any statutory cancellation or withdrawal right that may apply to you. Where applicable law gives you a statutory right to cancel or withdraw, that right applies according to the law governing your purchase.

How refunds are processed today. There is no self-service refund button yet — we issue refunds by hand through our payment processor. Email hello@everbecome.com with the account email. We initiate an eligible refund within 5 business days; your bank or card issuer then returns the money on its own timeline, which is usually a further 5–10 business days and is not under our control.

Programs and cohorts

Programs and cohorts are part of your membership and are covered by the membership terms above (including the 14-day window on a new paid subscription). There is no separate "cohort guarantee." We tell you what a program includes, but — as the Terms say — we do not promise a particular outcome, transformation, or result.

Events and gatherings

The platform applies these rules automatically when a ticket is refunded.

When you cancelWhat you get
More than 7 days before the eventFull refund

The event is canceledFull refund, automatically
The event materially changes — date, city, or GuideFull refund

A free seat is released rather than refunded — there is nothing to return.

Who owes you the money depends on whose event it is:

The Kindling Fund

Sponsored membership time is a gift from another member. For the person who receives it, it is not refundable and not transferable, and cannot be converted to cash — this is enforced by the system, not merely by this policy. If you sponsored a seat, your purchase is yours: any statutory cancellation or refund right that applies to it applies as described under "Your statutory rights" above.

Payment failures

If a renewal fails we do not cut you off. There is a grace period, we tell you, and you can fix the payment or switch method before your access ends.

How to ask

Email hello@everbecome.com from, or naming, your account email. We aim to respond within a few business days and to initiate eligible refunds within 5 business days; the return to your card or account then follows your bank's timeline.
