Choose one thing you want to practice. Show up for it each day. A few people, each practicing something of their own, will be there. They'll notice when it gets hard, when you keep going, and when you come back.
Promises Kept. Your pod is free. No card.

Not a course, not a feed, not an app that counts your days at you. One promise, a few people, and someone who notices.
Walk before I touch my phone. Every morning this week.
And what you'll do when it goes wrong.
If I wake late, I walk to the end of the street and back.
Did it, but barely. Stood at the door for five minutes arguing with myself. Went anyway.
I noticed you said “went anyway” like it was nothing. It isn't nothing.
A real person, practicing alongside you. Never a machine.
Check-ins, as a pod sees them. No likes, no streaks on display. Someone read it, and said so. No one has to perform.
His promise: Run before work, three times this week
Didn't run. Sat in the car outside the gym for ten minutes and drove home. Writing it here anyway.
Kola saw this. It stayed with Omar.
Kola D. · Writing it down on the day you didn't is the harder rep. I noticed that.
Her promise: Write before work
Did it at 6am before I could talk myself out of it. Barely. But the barely is the practice.
Sarah and Yusuf saw this.
Yusuf B. · Six a.m. before you could argue yourself out of it. That's the whole thing.
Her promise: changed on day three: a paragraph, not a page
The week I planned isn't the week I got. Shrunk the promise instead of dropping it.
It stayed with Claire.
Claire W. · Changing the promise isn't quitting it. That's the part most people miss.
Your pod is three to eight people. Beyond it is a wider community of everyone practicing that week, plus the Guide who leads it. You can say something there, or say nothing and read.
Third week of the same promise and I've kept it twice. I'm starting to think I picked something I don't actually want.
Frank, Benson and others saw this. Ada and Maya are with you.
Sixth morning up before the house woke. Still not easy, and I've stopped needing it to be.
Tobi, Sarah and others saw this. It stayed with Layla and others.
Layla H. · You said it's still not easy, and you're still up before the house. That's the part that counts.
What makes discipline easier to sustain?
Wins, struggles and questions, in your words. Announcements when something is happening.
You may write honest things here. That only works if the room is safe, so the room is built to be small.
Not a feed, not an audience. A few faces. A pod seats a newcomer only while there is room, never more than eight, and keeps the same people for as long as they stay. Nobody browses, chooses or joins at will.
Nobody can slide into anything, because there is nothing to slide into.
There is no member directory and no profiles to scroll. You are not on display.
Everyone agrees to it before they join, and we act when that agreement is broken.
Your pod is ongoing. Cycles of four weeks give it a rhythm: a quiet moment to look at your promise, and a note from someone who noticed you.
Your pod stays together for as long as you do. If you ever want different people, you can ask for a different pod.
Longer programs with a group that runs the whole way through. They come with a membership.
Take what you got and go. Everything you wrote stays yours, and it's here if you come back.
The practice is free, and stays free. Membership is the people who hold you to it.
The practice and your pod are free. Nothing is charged until you choose a membership, and you see its price first.
Canceling is two taps, no phone call. Everything you wrote stays yours, and the practice and the community stay free.
On the web through Stripe; on a phone through the App Store or Google Play. Prices are in USD. Local pricing may come as Everbecome expands.
The daily practice, your encrypted journal, the community and its trails, your pod, free programs, and live sessions as they open. No card.
A deeper, private look at your own practice over time. Your pod, the practice and the community are free and stay free. Today Inner Work holds the programs that come with membership; the long view, your promises, what you learned and how you come back, is open to every member while it takes shape. Nothing is sold here that is not said plainly first.
No. Everbecome is practice with other people: choosing something to work on and being witnessed while you do. It is not therapy or medical care, and nobody here is trained to treat anything. There is a plain page on the difference: coaching, not therapy.
It doesn't mean someone watched you do the thing. Nobody here did. It means someone noticed that you came back and said what happened, which is the part that was hard.
You don't pick them and they don't pick you. Three to eight people, placed for you, each with a promise of their own. There are no profiles to browse and no way to search for anyone. The pod is ongoing: the same people stay for as long as they stay, and it seats a newcomer only while there is room. If it is ever not the right fit, you can ask for a different pod.
Then you didn't, and you say so. Your pod will have seen the days you kept and the days you didn't. Not keeping a promise usually says something about the promise: that it was too big, or that it wasn't the thing you actually wanted. Both are worth finding out, and neither costs you your place here. Without a pod, the same is true; there is just no one to say it to but yourself, and Today will still ask how it went.
Your pod sees your check-ins, and so does a Steward, your Guide or staff if one steps in, in the open and marked as such. That is the point of a pod. A check-in on a promise you hold without a pod is read by no one but you. Your journal is encrypted and no screen we run shows it to anyone but you. There is no member directory, no profiles to scroll, and no private messages.
No. Every member holds one promise, pod or no pod. With a pod, your check-ins are witnessed. Without one, they are private, and Everbecome does the noticing a pod would: when you come back after a gap, it says so. No streak, no tally.
Any day. Rewrite it on Today; the old wording stays in your history as a renegotiation, not a failure. When a promise is done, close it on purpose. Closing is recorded, never erased, and Today offers a new one.
Four or five minutes on most days. You read something short, do one small thing, and write a line about how it went. It is built to survive a bad week rather than to fill a good one: the smallest honest version of your practice still counts, and a day you miss is a day that happened, not a streak you broke.
No. The practice and your pod are free, no card, and they always will be.
No. Your pod is ongoing: it stays together for as long as you do, in cycles of four weeks. Each cycle gives it a rhythm, a quiet moment to look at your promise, and a note from someone who noticed you. Programs, free or with a membership, run alongside it and never move you out of it.
No response you receive is written by a machine. Reminders are automated, so the software will tell you your pod is waiting. But every word another member sends you was typed by that member. Nothing a member writes is generated, suggested, or auto-filled on their behalf: not a check-in, a reply, or a note. A Guide may run a wording check on their own Words before publishing, and only a person publishes.
Memberships, tickets to Gatherings, and seats members sponsor for others through the Kindling Fund. That is the whole of it. There are no ads anywhere in Everbecome, nothing about you is sold or shared for advertising, and no tracking SDK ships in the app. Guides who run a community are paid a share of what their own community earns, so the people teaching are paid by the people they teach rather than by anyone buying attention. The free tier is free because it is meant to be, not because you are the product.
A place to practice becoming the person who can meet whatever comes next.
You don't have to practice becoming alone.
